Health & Wellness Programs

INTENSIVE ONE-ON-ONE COACHING 
Wellness coaching uses gentle but effective, evidence based techniques to help inform lasting behavior change. In the coaching process, the coach and coachee work together to establish goals by exploring and tapping into your strengths and curiosity to break down barriers that may be interfering with your current wellness (and happiness) goals. We work towards behavior change that gets you closer to a state of optimal health and well-being. We explore mind-body integration and bring in somatic practices to help inform your experiences. The coaching process can help to reframe your experience, unpack limiting beliefs, and aid in the manifestation process. It can help establish self-management strategies for sustained behavior change.
Three wellness programs are outlined on the website but coaching is not limited to these programs. Reclaim is an a digestive detox (2-4 weeks) which can then launch into a customized health & wellness program. All programs offer a curious, compassionate, somatic approach to exploring limited beliefs and other barriers that get in the way of taking the best possible care of ourselves. If you have questions about other areas of wellness that you are seeking support, please feel free to schedule a call or send an email.
RECLAIM is a short program designed to help reset the physical and mental patterns around food. The reset takes 2-4 weeks (you decide) and includes everything you need to be successful. It can be done on its own or paired with a longer coaching program.

The program is built to meet your individual goals and should be considered an intensive lifestyle intervention that results in lasting behavior change.

CONTINUITY is a program designed to support women who want to increase their level of self-care and work towards a continuity of self-care. Being present for your experience, in each moment, can enhance psychological and physical well-being.

Continuity Program Details...
MAKING PEACE  is a program designed to support women who want to take a compassionate approach to help heal the wounds they carry from an unhealthy, difficult, unloving or toxic relationship with their mother. Women who have already recognized the complexity of this relationship and are ready to take action steps within their own lives are the right fit for this program.
